I spoke to Hernandez and was very happy that he was so responsive and priced reasonably. He was very accommodating and reasonable. There was a horrible rainstorm and I realized 2 hours before our agreed upon meeting that I was going to run late and texted to ask if we could push our meeting for an hour. Rather than responding and informing me that he was not available at that time, he ignored my text and changed his schedule without speaking to me. I only found out when I called him to verify the time and his response was “Sorry, can’t”. No attempt to reschedule or communicate. Very unprofessional. Of course a contractor always has the right to decide whether or not to bid on a project but to just stand someone up without any conversation after arranging an appointment is highly suspect.
