We had a good experience with independence replacing a gutter and restoring our 100 year old door surround. The work was performed according to the agreed work scope, on time and budget. If you’re crunched for time, be sure to budget for them to do the shopping trips. Stipulate waste removal if necessary.

Great contractor. Understood the issue, deconstructed it and rebuilt it. Worth every dollar paid and was nice about it. I was lucky to get him on the weekend, but he responded immediately and solved the issue quickly. He’s now on my speed dial as a “Go To” contractor moving forward.
