I cannot recommend Jovanny highly enough! I had a number of different projects that I needed help with. I had been putting them off because I was dreading the process of looking for someone that I liked working with and did quality work for a fair price. Jovanny was exactly what I needed! He consistently demonstrated that he cared about the quality of the final product, and checked in with me to ensure I was happy with his plan for the work. It felt like he treated my home with the care he would treat his own. On top of that, his rates were very fair for the work he did, and he was kind and easy to work with. Some of the projects he helped me with included repairing a damaged baseboard (which involved constructing a new baseboard to match the 100-year old original baseboard), painting a hard-to-reach wall over a staircase, replacing a section of gutter downspout, repairing drywall that had been poorly done by other contractors, insulating a dryer exhaust vent, repairing a corroded section of dryer exhaust vent, and installing LVP flooring to carpet transitions, among a few other things. I’d recommend you reach out to him for whatever you need doing - he will tell you if it’s within his wheelhouse.

he was great!!I really appreciate the work he did. I needed free mini repairs done on cabinets and he found the best solution for them. he also did drywall patching for me. and fixed my railing. overall he was pleasure to have. he even made sure to only charge for how long the work actually took. the best and I will definitely be calling him for anything else I need help with

Jo is a great communicator which is hard to find in handymen and home repair people of all kinds. He is super honest about pricing, he gives updates on timing so you know exactly when to expect him, and he’s honest about what he can and can’t do. I’m disappointed in the below review - that homeowner sounds very entitled and very uninformed about how things in her own house work, or about simple things like partial payments. Don’t let that distract you, Jo is solid and trustworthy!
