- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If you book more frequent cleanings, bi-monthly or weekly for example would receive 10% off their first cleaning and continued cleaning. I am flexible and I always take into account what the customer need and can negotiate a price that works for you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I work with new customers, I treat them like my family.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been working in this field since I was 16 and I moved to D.C. to take care of my Grandfather who had cancer, i've been a care-taker for a very long time. My son has special needs and I've learned to be a really good listener, finding out exactly what he needs from me and making sure his needs are met.
