The client should know that my prices fair and affordable. I can answer any questions per request and/or conversation.

My typical process for working with a new customer is to treat them as respectful, responsive, prioritable, appreciative, valued, and professional as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I look at my history of working as Janitor/Custodian education and training for my work. I worked at a Catholic church/Elementary school for a year in a half. I also worked at private school at a another time in my work career for a period of 6 months. I have been cleaning windows with my father for 15 years. I have much experience in the cleaning industry and I am gaining even more.
