Our pricing is transparent and based on the size and condition of your home. We offer flat-rate options for most cleanings, as well as hourly pricing for special projects. There are no hidden fees — any additional services like inside the fridge, oven, windows, or baseboards are completely optional and added only if you request them. Deep cleanings are priced higher than standard cleanings because they require more time and detail. If pet hair removal is needed, a small pet fee may apply. We also offer discounted rates for recurring services. All prices are listed before tax, and we always confirm the final quote with you before scheduling. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer reaches out, we start by gathering a few details about the home — the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, square footage, and the overall condition. This helps us provide an accurate quote and recommend the right service. Once the quote is approved, we confirm your preferred date and time and get you scheduled. Before the cleaning, we send a reminder and keep you updated so you know exactly what to expect. On the day of service, our team arrives fully prepared, completes the cleaning with care, and checks in afterward to make sure everything meets your expectations.
