- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
**Get a free full fridge cleaning when you sign up for our bi-weekly service. Base price includes bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, livingroom, and entryways. We do all size homes, just visit our booking page or call us for bigger homes. We also offer extras such as oven cleaning, interior window cleaning etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Simple! You can book us in 90 seconds or less. Once you book with us we confirm online with you and we send text reminders to keep you happily in the loop. Once we arrive at your home we ask you where you would like us to focus on, and then we proceed to work through our cleaning checklist. After we finish, we send you another text reminder and follow by phone call to see if there is anything we can do to make you even happier at your next cleaning. We ensure your happiness and satisfaction 100%.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Each one of our cleaners is thoroughly background checked, has years of professional cleaning experience, and is fluent in English.
