- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Perceptions Interiors pricing is far from complicated, we find that tailoring our services to meet our clients needs allows them to choose the level of service that best suits their lifestyle. Perceptions offers Hourly and Flat Rate billing options. Hourly Billing: A design retainer will address each phase of the design process with time restrictions based on approval of hourly billing. This option is designed for individuals who prefer to have more control of how the design process progresses; or are not familiar with the process of working with a designer and are more comfortable with a limited trial in order to determine if Perceptions Interiors is a good fit for their project. Flat Rate Billing: Flat Rate projects are billed according to the estimated amount of time required to complete the full scope of your project from concept to completion.The Flat Rate scope includes project management, Perceptions team will manage the bid process, serve as key holders to be on-site for site visits, field measurements, as well as manage contractors during work to ensure you are provided with a quality assured 100% complete project. No time restrictions are applied to Flat Rate billing.

A positive connection with your designer ensures you'll not only create a great space but also enjoy the design process!
