I have worked in the past few years with a lot of contractor that there work didnt meet customers expectations. The are abusing the market and taking advantage of the customers finance with out solving there main problem that they are hired for. Im confidants to say to me its not about the money, its about honesty and servings the customers need by delivering beyond and above expectations work and make the customers happy. I want give my energy to the market by bringing quality work, meet the deadlines and live the sites clean and presentable.

We found this contractor to be very clean and efficient. the men were friendly, professional,clean,and well versed on everything I questioned him on in reference to the work being done. I have and would in the future refer him to anyone in need of a good contractor...

I highly recommend Kalab for housepainting and drywall repair. He repaired a large part of my ceiling that collapsed from water damage and painted my hallway and bedroom. His work was neat, precise and very reasonable. He kept up communication with me and finished the job quickly.

This guy is HORRIBLE, and I'm a pretty reasonable person. He told me to send pictures for an estimate which I did he quoted $250 for drywall repair to my living room, even though I told him I'd rather him look at in person for a more thorough quote. So he was set to begin on Saturday he text me at around 11:15 said his ETA is 45 mins. He finally shows up at 1:15 before he began I showed him the areas of concern he said it was more work then he thought and upped price to $1000 I told him I couldn't do that so we AGREED on $625 that now included painting as well I was fine with that. So he began repairing drywall he worked about 2 hours then said he was done for the day. Ok no problem. He told me he would be there 9 am the next morning, at 9:50 he texts to say he is coming at 12. He finally shows up 12:40 works a couple hours and leaves. I told him he needs to communicate better with his time. So he told me the next day he will be over at 2. At 2 he texts me to let me know he will come at 5 or the next day What!?!? I asked what time the next day he told me 8am. He shows up 9:30. I told him we have to have a serious talk before you go any further. *side note (I already paid him half and he had the nerve to ask for more money I told him no when he finishes he will get the balance.) I said you are being very unprofessional and your work ethic is terrible you just show up whenever you feel like it and its not fair to me, his nice guy act went out the window and he angrily told me im on his time! What!?! I said no thats not the way you do business then he said he doesn't have to deal with this and walked out the door, and started saying all kinds of ignorant things and complaining about the price he agreed to. HORRIBLE!!! Job is still not done. *UPDATE * THIS MAN IS COMPLETELY CRAZY!!! after this review he began calling me and harassing me calling me names and just flat out LYING!!!! You are the one who said you will quote off of the picture I told you see it in person to be fair. When you got here I showed you everything I wanted done Period!!! the whole living room, i was keeping the same color, and there was no furniture to be moved. You said $1000 I said no, not that I couldn't afford but I didn't think it was a good price you AGREED ON $625!!!!! BOTTOM LINE DONT COMPLAIN ABOUT A PRICE YOU AGREED ON!!!!!! Basically told me he will come when he feels like it cause he didn't get the $1000 he wanted....Why take the job????? You could have said NO and walked away! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

The picture is clear, the estimate is on ur favor and the disrespect and when the ignorant start. I rather you keep the remaining 300 and im keep my peace off mind. Its sad this job well cost anybody 1500 or more At the end of the day its you adding more job outside of the deal. My deal was just to do drywall and paint. U added paint a door, repair the whole closets, clucking the whole living room, painting the whole ceiling and one side wall for 600? Wow...i told you if you cant afford regular contractor estimate...then i can lower my price and i said it clear i got another job to take care off sense its not enough. so if didnt be on time is because i was working your repair to the fullest and also helping other. you cant have both this is 2 way road. either you're paying the right labor hr wage or you dont want me to even it up. at the end of the day my job is my credit, no worries for your unhonest opinion. good luck

hey sorry about the confusion, i get 1000 New phone Numbers call asking for estimates when i didnt save you phone number you didn't mention who you were, you just text me about flight changes i cant be there plus you responds me its 4th of July....i assumed you dont want the service and give my time to those who valued my quality work. sorry but not sorry its wrong...
