So disappointed. I had a leak in my bathroom faucet and also wanted to have my old kitchen faucet replaced. He immediately replied to my post and I made an appointment for the next day. He came out, quoted me a price for repairs and gave an estimate for the parts. Within an hour he had both faucets done and also fixed my running toilet. When I wrote him a check to go get the parts he needed he told me he would bring back a receipt. He didn't. I knew that the parts he purchased were only about $175 (quick google search) and I'd given him a check for $235. At the time of repairs I didn't press him on this as I had just had surgery, was tired and frankly didn't care if he pocketed a little extra change since he'd done the repairs and done them fast. In addition to paying for the parts I paid $200 for him to do the work. In total I gave him $435. Fast forward 4 weeks the leaky bathroom faucet that he "fixed" is leaking again and worse than before. I called Mack to let him know and he promised he'd come out the next day and take care of it. He never showed. I called him several time and after several days he called back and apologized. He said he had a family emergency and would be out the next day. Again, he didn't show. Both times I had to take off work early to meet him at my house. I've now texted and called several times and he is no longer responding. I used Thumbtack all the time and have never had a problem. It's frustrating that I now have to pay another person to come out and fix this job. And it sucks that he would totally take advantage like he has.

I was out of the country when everything in my shower seemed to fall apart at once. Nasha's was patient, great to work with even from a distance and reasonably priced. Great work too!
