Although scheduling my initial service had a few hiccups, I found the ease of online scheduling to otherwise be a breeze. When I inquired about the scheduling mix-up, the customer service rep was responsive and made it right. The service person came and did a great job on my overgrown lawn. I will be scheduling ongoing service with this company.

Mercedes was great. Scheduling was a breeze......the job wasn't completed. He was supposed to return, maybe it was an oversight. He didn't return to finish the job.

I was most disappointed to be led on for more than a week and then told that Lawn Tribe no longer services my area. I received several emails changing and then confirming my appointment only to be told the day before that they weren't coming after all. Could have been handled better. LT did say they would give me a free service if they ever come back to my area, but that is of little help to me and does not give me back my lost week.
