Looking at the whole allows me to look at every area of my clients' lives as one affects the other. Having a healthy lifestyle and a career that you love and represents your authentic self are key components to living a fulfilled life.
My relationship with my clients is a partnership. Working with me, clients gain clarity, create a plan, and are empowered, supported, encouraged, inspired, held accountable, and celebrated as they create the live they love. I offer my clients a safe place to share their deepest thoughts and desires as this allows them the ability to show up as their true selves.

Nadjejda was my first life coach, and honestly I would never go to anyone else. In the beginning I wanted a life coach for direction concerning my business plans, but she went to the root of myself as a person. So much more than my business life was affected. My whole life changed because of it. The most empowering part of it all was the fact that she guided me to my own realizations and conclusions, instead of laying it all out from her point of view. Nadjejda is the definition of a guiding light.

Nadjejda Chapoteau was my coach through an exciting period as I worked to build my own coaching business.
