Aileen is a superstar! They were so helpful in getting us set up to welcome a new baby into our home. They helped us overhaul many adult organizational systems like closets and kitchen cabinets, and helped us set up spaces like the nursery and baby play area in ways that were clear and organized. I’m someone who has really struggled with organization throughout my life and I so appreciate that Aileen designed systems that were truly sustainable for me. I’m so grateful for their help, and I’d recommend them to anyone who needs organizational help, especially if you’re someone like me who finds that kind of thing overwhelming at times. Aileen worked really well with my 9 year old daughter (with high anxiety) to help organize her room over two different sessions (6 hours total). Aileen is simply fantastic! I would strongly suggest her for future assignments. I recruited Aileen to assist me in organizing my mother's house (it was a gift to my mom to get her house in order). She required assistance with organization and an objective person to assist with purging. She was excellent from the initial consultation all the way through helping with the purging. We had never met before the virtual consultation, but as soon as she entered my moms house, she made herself known by using her incredible organizational abilities! She worked extremely hard, performed everything I asked of her, and provided wonderful ideas! She is also a joy to work with. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will offer services based on my hourly rate and offer packages depending on your needs! Packages tend to be a most cost effective route for most clients. If you do not see a package that fits your needs, please reach out and I would be happy to tailor one just for you!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have every client fill out a Client Intake Form which gives me more information about their project, their goals, obstacles that have affected them, and their design preferences. I also offer a FREE video consultation where I can answer any questions you might have for me and gather any other information I might need. How long a session takes depends on the clients needs, the size of the space, the amount of items in the space, and the client's involvement in the project.

My clients come from all walks of life! Whether you are a busy mom who needs help taming and tidying, a young professional setting up your first apartment, a small business owner whose supply closet is unmanageable, or someone who needs to upgrade their work from home office (and find that paper your boss asked for last week...). No matter your background, we are here to find you solutions and systems that improve your quality of life.
Aileen also has extensive experience working with the neurodivergent community and has used her skills to help clients with ADHD/ADD, ASD/Autism, OCD, Anxiety, Depression, and more.
