- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't have a standard pricing system. I feel like there are a lot of variables in organizing. I charge a little more if there is heavy lifting or a job is extra dirty, for example in organizing a garage or basement.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to see an organizing job before I get started, since it is hard to estimate the job if you don't know how much stuff is in a room or house. I'm willing to come out for a free estimate, or we can set an hourly rate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked as a nanny for years where organizing was a daily part of my job. I have also raised 2 children of my own while doing errand running and organizing jobs part time.
