- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I base my fee on an hourly rate. I will offer a 10% discount on repeat, maintenance visit six months after the first project is complete.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Decluttering is an intimate process so I'm interested in getting to know the customer - and what they are looking to achieve for their project. Before our initial meeting, I'll schedule a 15 minute video call so we can discuss the project, walk through the area(s) you'd like to focus on, and discuss your vision and goals. I will also want to know if you are interested in interested in organizational systems that may help you achieve your goal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've had on the field training for nearly half a dozen years.
