Introduction: I bring the highest level of compassion, energy and enthusiasm to training clients. I can always find a way to relate to clients, and deliver a program developed specifically for them, and their training needs. I incorporate functional movement patterns that are relative to everyday life, and look to combat the effects of our sedimentary work environment. I enjoy helping people build confidence, and working with people who are recently adding exercise into their lifestyle. I love watching individuals transform; gaining self confidence, becoming motivated to achieve their set goals, and embracing their inner strength. It makes me happy, and brings meaning to the importance of personal training when I see clients believe in their abilities, and that everyone (despite where one is at now) can live a healthy lifestyle.

I trained with Ariel twice a month, for 6 months, while preparing to tryout for various soccer teams overseas. Every session was different and challenging, and I definitely got the results I wanted. Not only could I see my body becoming more toned and defined, but more importantly I accomplished my lifelong dream of playing soccer in the UK! Being fit and strong put me ahead of the competition. Ariel was supportive and encouraging, yet pushed me to do my best at each session. I would recommend to her to anyone for general fitness needs or sports-specific training.

Beyond Amazing! She is so inspiring, and has motivated me to be the best athlete i can be. Her workouts are personally designed for each client so you can decide how intense or not intense you want it to be! Overall amazing experience.

From the moment you first meet Ariel it is strikingly clear that she both cares deeply about her clients and knows how to get distinguishable results for the novice or the elite athlete. I've learned so much from my sessions with her - and am so appreciative of the time and effort she takes to keep me motivated! Every session is different - I never get bored. And there's a good balance between cardio and lifting so I can feel good all around.   • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I encountered a lot of people who got really nervous about the thought of working out, and wanted to help them break barriers, and realize being healthy is for everyone. From a young age I've been involved in sport and fitness, and wanted to share my passion with others; I enjoy finding different ways to make working out fun.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Go for it! Give a few workouts a try, and I bet you will surprise yourself with how much fun you have getting in shape!
