I bring the highest level of compassion, energy and enthusiasm to training clients. I can always find a way to relate to clients, and deliver a program developed specifically for them, and their training needs. I incorporate functional movement patterns that are relative to everyday life, and look to combat the effects of our sedimentary work environment. I enjoy helping people build confidence, and working with people who are recently adding exercise into their lifestyle. I love watching individuals transform; gaining self confidence, becoming motivated to achieve their set goals, and embracing their inner strength. It makes me happy, and brings meaning to the importance of personal training when I see clients believe in their abilities, and that everyone (despite where one is at now) can live a healthy lifestyle.

I had an absolutely amazing experience working with Ariel. She is professional, experienced, patient, and a pleasure to work with. She is always on time, and tailors the training to best suit your needs and where you are at. In short, she is a joy to work with. Her knowledgable, yet humble attitude as well as her outstanding skills as a trainer make for a rare combination.

Ariel made working out fun again and kept me motivated to really push myself. I learned a lot of new tricks particularly with free weights. Ariel was great at making sure I developed proper form. I'm much more confident in the gym now.

Ariel always comes to the session with new, fun exercises and she is really great at making sure you have correct form before anything else. The time always passes by really quickly, which must mean I'm having a good time...right?! Ariel is right on time to every session as well. Overall, I had a great experience training with Ariel and would recommend her to anyone.

At age 50, I have degenerative disc disease and thought I was done with intense exercising forever. Six months ago, my physical therapist consulted with Ariel, who created a personalized plan for me. It's been PHENOMENAL. My back feels great, and Ariel makes each session challenging but fun! I'm now doing things like mountain climbers, catching balls while balancing on a stability disk, dead lifts, etc. Ariel understands sports physiology very well (I've learned so much from her about proper form and interval training) and can help you meet your goals.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I encountered a lot of people who got really nervous about the thought of working out, and wanted to help them break barriers, and realize being healthy is for everyone. From a young age I've been involved in sport and fitness, and wanted to share my passion with others; I enjoy finding different ways to make working out fun.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Go for it! Give a few workouts a try, and I bet you will surprise yourself with how much fun you have getting in shape!
