My semi-private strength coaching is designed around consistent training, with three days per week recommended for most clients. Semi-Private Strength Coaching: • 3 days per week — $499/month • 2 days per week — $399/month New clients can book a one-on-one Intro to Barbell Training session for $200, where you’ll learn the basic barbell lifts with hands-on instruction. If you enroll in an ongoing semi-private coaching membership, your Intro to Barbell Training session is included at no additional cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by learning about your goals, training experience, and what you’re looking to accomplish. My coaching is specifically designed for people who want to get stronger through structured barbell training. New clients begin with a one-on-one Intro to Barbell Training session. During this session, you’ll learn the basic barbell lifts and receive hands-on coaching on proper setup, technique, and execution. From there, clients can transition into semi-private strength coaching, where they receive individualized programming and ongoing coaching while training alongside a small group. As you get stronger, your training progresses with you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a professional strength and fitness coach since 2011 and have approximately 15 years of experience working with clients. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Sociology and received my initial professional fitness education through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), completing training as a Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Performance Enhancement Specialist. That education helped establish the foundation for my coaching career. Since then, I have continued to develop my knowledge through years of hands-on coaching experience, independent study, and extensive reading in strength training, exercise science, and programming. Today, my primary focus is barbell strength training and helping people become stronger through sound technique, progressive programming, and consistent training.
