While evolution in any industry is necessary, proper body mechanics and sound nutrition have always been the key to a strong body and good health and always will be. The difference between when I first meet my clients and the aftermath of training them. Its simply amazing to be able to share this gift and enhance peoples lives. I truly appreciate this skill set that I have.

Excellent personal trainer and fitness coach is what comes to my mind when I describe James Dixon. He listens, assesses and executes a plan. His execution is targeted and interesting. He measures progress and makes the sessions interesting by his creative application to workouts and circuits in the workouts. I am very critical of trainers mostly because there are many trainers that lack professionalism and value. James is and outstanding trainer. He is also knowledgeable in many aspects of fitness including boxing which is a main focus of mine. I have referred friends to James confident they will be satisfied with James as a person and trainer. Confident my friends are in good hands to get results they want.

James Dixon is an excellent trainer. I trained with him to prepare for my wedding and I was not disappointed. He has the perfect combination wide-ranging training methods, personalized exercise programs & challenging yet achievable goals. He is tough and realistic! James works with the whole person, mentally, emotionally and physically. He took time not only to train me but to also educate me on my nutrition. He did not tell me what I could or could not eat, instead he educated me what food were good to help full my body. I recommend him without reservation."

Mr. Dixion is a phenomenal fitness trainer. I had been trying to lose weight for over five years when I met Mr. Dixion in 2010. I started working out with him February of 2010, my weight was 232 pounds. I got engaged in December and married March 26 2011. My total weight was 186, I was a happy bride. Mr. Dixion is very serious about weight management, he will work with you only if your serious as well. Don't Sleep Total Fitness really works..... It worked for me

Incredible trainer that understands all aspects if fitness. James has narrowed down the science to building muscle , toning, and eating healthy. Also the most affordable I've worked with on a one on one basis.
