Introduction

When choosing a trainer make sure he cares about your mental health as much as he cares about your physical health. With the right mindset you can accomplish anything. I like to create a fun environment where you can challenge yourself and take the pressure off of life. I focus on high intensity strength training with an emphasis on boxing. I’m also a mentor for men and women who have difficulties navigating trough life’s obstacles and who just need someone to talk to.

I did not know what to expect with my 1st scheduled class. I have a pretty athletic background, but never tried anything like this. Anthony was able to assess my fitness level within the 1st few minutes. From there he tailored a program specific to my wants and goals. I've never sweat so hard and so much in my life.
