Anthony has providing my fiance and I self defense lessons for a few weeks now. The sessions combine self defense and basic strengthening exercises. He is amazing and kicks our butt every session! He is extremely responsive to our needs and continues to work with us patiently until we understand the moves.

I’ve been taking self defense lessons with Anthony for about 3 months now and it has been great. He breaks down movements and explains things in a way that’s easy for a beginner to understand, and is great at tailoring workouts to my needs. I work in an emergency room where patients often become violent, and Anthony takes situations I’ve seen or my co-workers have seen and shows me how to defend myself. You can tell from your first session with Anthony that he not only is an expert in what he does, but that he loves what he does. He makes working out fun. I leave our sessions completely exhausted, as he works you hard for the full time. He’s also great at working around my crazy schedule. I enjoy our sessions so much I’ve been passing out his business cards to all my work friends!

Anthony keeps you on your toes, both physically and mentally! He's very attentive, understanding, and knows how to push you. It's a kick ass workout for those looking for an alternative to going to the gym every day.

Hired Anthony for an event before every meeting him. It’s always uncertain when that happens. I was blown away by his knowledge, expertise, professionalism, and to make a self defense class fun while also expressing the importance of it. I will definitely be hiring Anthony again.

$80 for 1 session per week $65 for 2 sessions per week $50 for 3+ sessions per week
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I assess the person depending on what service i am providing then (i.e. self defense, body transformation, improving genetal health) and from there depending on where the Client is at physically will determine the stage and intensity at which i begin them.
