- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I train clients at a minimum of 2x times per week. After that the more sessions you train the more discounts will be applied.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically ask a few general questions and if I see potential to assist a client the next step is a 30 mins phone/ video chat. Afterwards, new clients will fill out a quick questionnaire about themselves and then we can hit the ground running!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been training/teaching group fitness/diet coaching for 7 years now. Currently, I hold 15 certifications and studied exercise sports science in undergrad.
