Introduction: My clients are successful, hard-working business-minded people in DC and are short on time. My workouts are geared to be efficient and focused on individual needs as well as long-term and short-term goals. After each workout, clients are emailed within 24-48 hours their workout exercises to duplicate on their own. This has allowed for clients to become successful throughout the process. I love being a personal trainer because of what I can provide to clients. After working on K st. for years, I knew what it was like to commit significant time to my job but had little motivation or energy to work out after. I love being able to help those people become successful despite being busy in all other aspects of their lives.

I started working with Jesse last spring. I am a runner, but had a hard time getting motivated to do any sort of strength training or core strenghening exercises - during our first appointment, I learned I couldn't even do one single pushup, not even on my knees! My arms looked the same whether I was flexing or not. After nearly a year of working out with Jesse, I can do pushups on my toes, and my body has been transformed. My abs, thighs, and arms are defined for the first time in my life, and my running has been greatly enhanced, both in speed and in endurance. In addition, thanks to Jesse's nutrition tips, this is the first winter during which I didn't gain a single ounce and was still able to enjoy myself at the holiday parties. Highly highly recommend Jesse if you're looking to get in shape or just trying to enhance your current routine. Jesse is the best!

The best way to describe my experience training with Jesse is “total transformation”. My initial goal was to lose weight and to fit in my skinny clothes I had not wore in over 5 years. After a few months training twice a week with Jesse he helped me to surpass my goals and motivated me to set new goals and to work on a better version of myself. The benefits of the training program have gone far beyond than weight loss. I feel happier, more energetic, more motivated -and most importantly- more confident. Jesse has helped me make fitness part of my lifestyle and helped me make better eating choices even with a hectic work and personal schedule. Workouts with Jesse are fast paced, challenging and always changing! He motivates you to find your strength and to push yourself to the limit. He tailors workouts to get maximum results and he gives you a template of the workout so that you can repeat the workout in between sessions. I highly recommend Jesse. If you are serious about making changes and to work on building the body you always wanted he has the knowledge and experience to help you develop a plan and to reach your goals.

Jesse is the 3rd trainer I have worked with, but he is the only one that has helped me see real results. In the past 16 months that I've worked with Jesse about twice a week, I have lost almost 20 pounds and my body fat is down to 20%. It is so nice to see the scale going in the right direction; something that never seemed to happen with my former trainers. I am also motivated to come to the gym and able to work out on the other days of the week, whereas with my former trainers I was either unmotivated or unable to move from the soreness of their work outs. The workouts with Jesse are always different and focus on all body parts. He knows my injuries and makes adjustments. He has me running even though I'm not a runner and I am now running the fastest mile, as well as running longer without stopping, than I ever have. Lastly, he has totally helped me change my diet. I am no longer surviving on protein bars, salads and crackers and then eating crap when stressed out. I eat a lot more food now, but its all good stuff, so I'm not tempted by crap and I feel more energized. Jesse is an amazing trainer that I recommend highly!
