- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Prior to admission, each candidate is required to go through a thorough interview and temperament screening process. This allows you the opportunity to learn more about our program here at Five Pups, and in turn, for us to get to know your dog. Once your dog has gone through screening, we will then schedule a trial day for your dog to meet and greet the pack at Five Pups. We take the safety of those in our care very seriously. Five Pups retains the right to refuse any dog if it is determined that they are unsuitable to our program and standards. Common reasons for a dog to be denied admittance include, but are not limited to: aggressive behavior toward the staff and other dogs, overly nervous or overly anxious behavior, overly possessive tendencies, or has severe medical issues.
