I had not used my Mac for quite some time because it would only work with power. My Mac needed a new battery. Nick identified the problem, fixed it and also made sure there were no other issues with it. He was super responsive through the whole process and he charged a fair price. I would definitely recommend Nick if you need any technology repairs.

Nick was able to repair my phone when I didn’t think it was repairable! He was practically a lifesaver and I was able to retrieve everything I thought I lost. I would definitely recommend him for tech repair/support!

Nick responded immediately to a work request and my appointment was scheduled for just a few days later. Associate arrived on time, was personable and professional. Nick followed up on progress of the job and even came by in person on a weekend when one of the objectives was unable to be met during the first appointment. Will hire again if needed in the future.

First, I did not appreciate being turned over to a junior person. Second, he couldn't get the zoom link to work at all, so I had to send him one. Third, he did nothing to see what was wrong with my PC. He had a script he was following to tune an old PC. I have a new machine. My husband got on my machine the next day and pulled up the Dell Support icon. It said I had two hardware problems. He got on a chat with Dell for less than an hour, fixed two drivers and the machine works well. I don't think that you earned the $100 at all, but I am paying because that is what I signed up for. Your service is awful and I would never hire you again.
