- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a sliding fee scale for clients on disability. Specifics are discussed with eligible clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first visit is always a goal setting assessment. From there on out every process is different and created specifically for the person I am working with.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a ACE certified Health Coach and a BASI certified pilates instructor. I am and will always a continuous student. I attend workshops as well as participate in at least two large industry conferences per year. I also read research studies constantly.
