He communicated his time of arrival clearly and showed up exactly when promised. He quickly diagnosed the issue as a faulty flame sensor, then took the extra time to double-check the entire system to ensure nothing else was causing the problem. He explained the plan of action clearly, including how the part would be obtained and installed properly.
