8% Flat Rate full service management fee on the monthly rent collected.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer a free, no-obligation consultation that can be done via phone, or in some cases in-person. We will be glad to come out and tour your property at your convenience. We believe transparent communication line is key to a successful property management relationship, so all of our engagements start right away.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a licensed Realtor and property manager, continuing education credits are required. In addition to that, we attend multiple training and networking events with the top property management companies in Washington, DC and surrounding.
