We hired Wiley Management, Inc. from the Thumbtack on June 19, 2016. Within 24 hours, they re-staged our home, took promotional pictures and scheduled an open house the following weekend. Two weeks later, my property was rented and I received my first payment right then. Great job by their staff.

Thank goodness Wiley Management handled our licensing inspection. People in the industry speak the same language. There was an infraction noted during the inspection that was corrected on the spot by their Maintenance man Keith. Otherwise, we would have had to schedule another inspection. We passed the inspection and received our license.

We decided to manage our townhome ourselves. Unfortunately, the tenant knew a lot more about Landlord and Resident Laws than we did. After withholding a month of rent for a very minor maintenance repair, the Tenants began to use the system. It became obvious we needed help after the Tenants called DCRA (District of Columbia Regulatory Affairs) to complain. After hiring Wiley Management, Inc., Mr. Wiley worked with DCRA and the issue was resolved within a week. In addition, Wiley Management issued legal increase renewal notices and within weeks, the tenants moved out and in days, we had new tenants paying a higher rent. We have been stress free since their management. Thank you so much for your help.

We have three different packages with our pricing to fit owners needs. We have a standard, deluxe, and premium package for our owners. You can view these packages on our website on the "Hiring Us" tab.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We assess the wants and needs of every customer and work to see if we are a good match with our Property Management Services.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Education completion includes DC and MD successful and completion of Real Estate Course (90 hours) Completion of every level of classes at the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) with successful completion of all.
