What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a set fee instead of an ongoing percentage. My rate is $250 up front which covers the cost of real estate photography, and $500 due at signing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will start with a phone consultation, followed by a walkthrough of the property you wish to rent out. We will schedule photography and the creation of a virtual tour. Your property will be listed on six leading sites to attract and secure your ideal tenants. Once you accept their application lease signing will be conducted through Docusign. The lease will be directly between you, the landlord and the tenant.
