- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have a meeting with every new client that gives an overview of the home buying/selling process in the region and helps them understand what to expect. It reviews the unique tools I have and how I use them to capitalize on available technology, and it helps us understand each other's communication styles so that we can set expectations for how to work together.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Outside of annual, mandated continuing education about topics ranging from ethics, to legislative updates and fair housing, I enjoy attending certification courses and training. I am especially interested in investment and pricing/negotiation strategy.
