What impressed me about Nadine was her experience in HR as well as in recruiting. I felt she would have a very good perspective from every angle & develop my resume accordingly. I was not disappointed in this aspect. The whole interview process is very regimented and she sticks with her time allotment of usually 15 minutes discussion into your needs. I can't imagine trying to genuinely get to know your client in such a short amount of time & producing a product that truly displays their abilities and character but she makes it work. I must admit I felt rushed at times during our discussion & in the end questioned if I selected the right service for my needs. From a content perspective, my end product was not much different than my old resume I had submitted but it was updated and more professional looking. If I were to do it over again, I would not choose a service where business is solely conducted over the phone & internet. For the investment I would recommend a service where face-to-face interaction occurs.

I contracted with Expert Resume Solutions in early 2017 to assist with developing my SES application documents. I find it very hard to self-reflect and objectively write about myself, which is why I sought out a reputable and experienced company. After speaking with the owner Kelly, I was sold. She demonstrated expertise that no other company processed. Honestly, no company even came close. Developing a SES application is not by any means a small project. My final application package was 15+ pages, and included a five page SES Resume with corresponding ECQ and TQ narratives. The entire process took about two weeks, but I will say the final products were well worth the time and money invested. If you are looking for a subject matter expert in federal recruitment and hiring practices, do not hesitate to enlist the help of Kelly and her team. They are the best.
