My process begins with a free 15-minute consultation to assess your needs and determine if we’re a good fit to work together. If we move forward, we’ll begin by identifying your goals and creating a personalized plan tailored to your specific challenges and growth areas. Throughout the journey, I provide ongoing support, guidance, and encouragement—serving as both your coach and your biggest advocate
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University and am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate in Texas under supervision. I also have several years of experience providing therapy and career coaching, with a focus on helping individuals navigate career transitions, manage work-related stress, anxiety, and burnout, and find career paths aligned with their strengths and values.
