Joe came out to look at my down spout. Showed up in the window of time he gave me and provided updates on arrival status so I knew exactly when he would be at the house. His assessment was thorough and gave me one of the most honest evaluations. I appreciated his time and willingness to make sure I knew exactly what I needed as if he were giving a recommendation to his own sister - he even offered to follow up after!

Great experience working with United to replace gutters and rotten fascia board. Was impressed by their customer experience from the initial free home visit/estimate through the work being completed. They were not the cheapest of my three quotes (were middle of the pack) but I believe you get what you pay for: the crew did fantastic work at a very fair price. Would definitely recommend for similar projects and work with them again in the future.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We love our veterans and offer discounts for them.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process when working with a new customer usually begins when a potential customer reaches out to us. We start by scheduling an appointment for one of our technicians to go out to the property and assess the work that needs done. We never charge for this consultation - our estimates are always free!
Once our technician has performed the assessment on site, we will then curate an accurate proposal on what work needs to be performed. We then email our proposal to the potential customer and answer any questions they may have.
If the customer decides to move forward, we will require a signed contract and deposit to be collected before adding the job to our schedule. We then coordinate a day/time that works for the client to have the work performed. Upon job completion we provide before and after photos by email and as we do require payment upon completion, we will also provide a paid in full invoice as well.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has spent many years honing their craft. We also spend many hours a year continuing our knowledge of the roofing industry and becoming certified in other products.
