- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
After asking some basic questions from pick up location to drop off location, an accurate number of steps or stairs the piano would have to go up or down is the piano and upright or grand and the flat rate for the move no charging for miles or afew extra steps missed ilike to keep it simple.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Allowing the customer to be involved as much he or she would like, every step or just at the delivery location. Every customer is different in there own way.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started 20 years ago helping a friend who moved pianos over the summer and loved it took alot of pride in being powerful enough and graceful enough With the gift of being able to eye the geometerics to know exactly how the piano would have to be moved to make the destination point and I've been doing it every since.
