Mr. Plummer was extremely skilled and professional. He kept me up to date and informed on the time the project would take and when the parts would be in. He was very flexible with the time he was able to schedule in-home appointments. He did a great job repairing my TV and his prices were reasonable and fair. He offered a 90 warranty on all parts and labor should there be a problem with my TV after he fixed it. If another one of my TVs should need repair, I would not hesitate to contact Mr. Plummer.

Freddie was great. I had a older Panasonic that broke during a recent move. Freddie came to check it out and diagnose the problem free-of-charge. Seemed very knowledgeable and told me he's been fixing TVs for 37 years. Unfortunately, repairs would have costs more than I paid for the television, so he didn't fix it, but also didn't charge me for his time, which was a pleasant surprise. Freddie will be the first person I call next time I need TV repair.
