What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We're one of the few video teams in DC with transparent, published pricing: you can build your own quote in about two minutes and see the price as you pick your options. Prefer to talk it through? We'll start with a short call and send a flat rate in writing. A 50% deposit reserves your date.
Starting prices:
- Event recording, two cameras switched live: from $1,000 for a half day (up to 4 hours), from $1,400 for a full day (up to 8 hours). You get a clean, finished recording of every session the same day.
- Highlight montage (60 to 90 seconds): from $750
- Live stream feed: from $500
- Company story (half-day shoot, edit and one review round): from $1,750
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
An experienced videographer should be able to ask the right questions. A great video is useless without great sound - ensure you've talked about the microphones! Even if it's a brief conversation, make sure to discuss the type of people who will be watching the video - and how they'll watch it.
