- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing can be complicated for cinematography/videography projects, simple for photography. I usually charge by the hour for photography, but video projects can be based on the scope of the project and the amount that the person is willing to put in to it. I don't need to charge a lot if I believe that the project is worth my while.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always like to meet with my clients to try and understand how they work and what they want. This is a very collaborative process and we have to get on the same page early.
