- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
all my pricing is based on the job at hand and the square footage of the job. none of my quotes include materials. price may be negotiable but we give our best prices upfront.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1. inquire about the job Step 2. tell us the square footage of the job Step 3. recieve a quote. Step 4. on site visit Step 5. Sign Contract/ Pay invoice deposit Step 6. Complete Job. Step 7. Pay remaining Balance.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
2 years of college and over 15 years of on the job experience.
