- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We structure our pricing based on the size and a few other details: Does it have a Rock bottom? Waterfall or Stream? Do you have an External filter? Has it been a while since your last cleaning? We would be happy to come out and give you a free estimate!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we like to gather all the information that we can about your pond or water feature prior to your scheduled service. We will arrive on time, and give a thorough cleaning. Depending on the size of the job, it may take 2 hours or it could take as many as 8 hours or more. If any plants need to be divided, we can do that as well on site. We will help with any additional questions that you may have at the time of the cleaning.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have learned through years of experience, being trained by and working with some of the best pond pros in the region. Each job is different, some bring new obstacles which helps us to continue to grow and become better with our expertise and craft.
