Ata responded to my request almost immediately and offered me the earliest time slot to repair my water heater. Turns out I really did need a new one (orig 2004) and he and his colleague were able to purchase, install, update the water line piping, and haul the old one within 2.5 hours early this morning so I could have the rest of my day. He explained every step to me and always checked in with me to see if I had questions. He is my new plumber!
