We had a long list of things to be done before listing our home for sale. Jenrii with Ordonez Home Improvement did an excellent job tackling every project. Jenrii enclosed the landing where we had removed a handicap ramp - this was not an easy repair and required good carpentry skills. He also installed new closet wood bi-fold doors in a basement bedroom. Again, not an easy task as they had to be “fitted” to the closet. His troubleshooting skills were evident here. He replaced two old light switches, four electric outlets, and a bathroom vanity light fixture. These were only a few of the things he did. Jenrii is very professional, polite, thorough, and responsive. He texted us each morning on the days he worked to let us know what time to expect him. He works quickly and does excellent work for extremely reasonable rates. I would not HESITATE to recommend him for small jobs to larger remodeling projects. I was a commercial real estate project manager for 15 yrs, building shopping centers and office buildings - so I can definitively say that Jenrri knows what he is doing and does it very, very well.

Patrick's work is second to none. He took the time to make sure the wheelchair ramp for my father was ADA compliant. His entire concern throughout the job was to maintain my dad's safety and comfort. Also, not only is the ramp very sturdy, it looks nice too. When the job was finished, there was absolutely no mess. Everything was cleaned like the construction never happened! I plan on referring Stares Restoration to everybody.

I've been using hands 4 Hire for almost a year now. They have built a entrance ramp for my elder mom and her caregivers so she can get outside and enjoy the fresh air. They made handicapped accessable mods to our new house inside as well, and are now installing carpet, new paint, new kitchen flooring, and basic plumbing and carpentry repairs in the old house so we can rent it. What a great team--they can do anything! I will always call them first if I need something done.
