Welcome to Flow With Coco: Led by Courtney Williams. I’m a certified yoga instructor and dance fitness teacher based in Washington, DC, offering classes both in my serene studio in the historic U Street Corridor and at your preferred location. I began my yoga journey in 2016 as a way to manage stress and care for myself. After years of leading dance fitness classes, I realized yoga could take my passion for movement and wellness to new heights. In 2019, I completed my 200HR Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) at local studio in DC. Since launching Flow With Coco in 2020, my mission has been to create safe, welcoming spaces for women to reconnect with themselves, cultivate self-love, and experience healing through mindfulness and movement. Whether it’s a hip-opening flow or a bachelorette flow, each class is designed to meet you where you are—and yes, every class features one of my signature, uplifting playlists!
