About
My focus is alignment within the self. I’ve been teaching yoga full time for ten years. I lead public classes, have led teacher training programs for local studios, and work one on one with clients. I've completed both my 200 and 300 hour yoga trainings with the latter being an introduction to the principles of yoga therapy. Currently working on my yoga therapy license. I also hold certifications under the Functional Range System of Movement to teach joint health/mobility work. My goal is to blend your mind/body/breath goals with an approachable, fun, alignment-focused (safe) yoga practice. I’d love to share what I know and introduce you to the benefits of going within and working from the inside out: bring balance to the body/mind/breath, improve mobility, heightened awareness, a sense of well being, and deep relaxation.

We had a great experience with Jewels for our bachelorette yoga! She is very easy to communicate with and was able to bring extra mats for us! We had a great time with a group of many different skill levels. Would book again!

I had such an amazing experience with Jewels! My boyfriend and I booked her for a private session in our home and we were so pleased. We are not yogi’s AT ALL, but she was patient with us and met us where we were. We gained so much knowledge of our bodies and took away some tips for our own. Highly recommend and will definitely use again!

Jewels was amazing! She agreed to do a few classes for the kids at my high school during their very stressful finals week. Both students and staff loved the sessions and requested more. Jewels provided a great movement session where students were introduced to stretching and moving their body in healthy ways. I will definitely be working with Jewels in the future.

We hired Jewels for a yoga session for a bachelorette party. There were 17 people in the class and Jewels did an awesome job! Everyone loved the class and her music. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to hire a yoga instructor.
