John went out his way to ask for pictures to see if the repairing is an option for me. He reached out to reschedule when weather was bad , showed up early. It took him a lot longer than expected but he made multiple trips to homedepot to make sure missing pieces are fixed. I would recommend him.

JC was very responsive and provided great communication from the very beginning. He worked with my schedule to provide the services requested and that was appreciated. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are per project and not hourly. Referral fees will be given if you refer me to a customer and I work on a project for them.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Fully understanding the needs of my customer first and foremost. Next would be getting the customer a quick accurate quote with no surprises. Working the lead so customer is completely satisfied and then hopefully get a referral and/or another lead from the customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Williamson Trade School for power plant technology where we worked many difficult and different tasks ranging from changing out bad electrical outlets, installing toilets, to building shelves and doing landscaping.
