- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer military discount, 10%. The price is contingent on the time and distance involved and how many stops. If I'm driving you into a city, the cost will be slightly higher. I always try to be fair.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contacting client to find out specifics. How many people? Pick up location, destination, length of time service needed. Also what do they expect from me? Based on this, we can work out a mutually agreeable price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a public carrier for 10 years, and own my own business. Mostly we do contract work, but private rides are part of the business we're trying to build up. I have all the necessary credentialing, to include background checks, proper endorsements on my license, drug tests, and driver training. Just ask if you need to see any of these.
