David was very knowledgeable about the work that I requested to have done. He was very responsive through Thumbtack and messaged me when he was on his way. When he arrived we went over the inspection report together and he explained thoroughly what he would be doing to correct our roofing issues. He took pictures before, during and after to show me the work he completed, even showing me the materials he was going to be using. The estimate for the work was very reasonable and he was able to do the work immediately. I was very impressed with him and the dependability of the company. I highly recommend him and the company if you need any work done!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is done in person at the location of the project the customer wishes to have looked at or over the phone if the customer can provide photos of the project they wish to have estimated. Note prices are final, they're are no hidden fees or extra costs, I stand by the prices I give and wont ask for more if it turns out to cost more to get the project done!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first make sure to discuss the project in broad strokes so I can get a understanding on what exactly the customer is looking to have done as so to have no misunderstandings, then we move on tot discussing the estimate and pricing as well as other options for the work to be completed by. Finally we can talk about timing and when the project can be completed, all of course is on the customers discretion and preferences.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The business was originally started by my grandfather and I apprenticed under him for over 6 years. I have bee on my own for 5 years doing this work and enjoying every minute of it.
