It was a pleasure working with Arlethea and her team at Simply Delicious! She was professional, friendly and the food was amazing. She reviewed the menu several times to ensure it met our needs for our wedding and made any adjustments as needed. Arlethea and her team did an absolutely amazing job catering my wedding reception. The food was excellent. Throughout the entire process of wedding planning, Arlethea was accessible, flexible and knowledgeable. She took a lot of stress off of my plate. My pricing is flexible and affordable. I will work within any budget, while providing you with a variety of delicious food choices.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is to build a relationship with the customer. Our contact starts via phone or email and once established scheduling begins followed by a catering proposal for the event. It is our promise to give beyond the best service that we can provide!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a family/self taught cook, that has a specialty in preparing southern cuisine. I currently work full time as a Catering Manager for a University, and have hands on experience in food safety and preparation.
