Knows his stuff. Did a good job with a difficult to diagnose issue. Arrived when he said he would, and had reasonable rates both for labor and required part. when I need a computer tech again, I'll definitely be calling Greg.

Contact the customer by phone. Validate all issues they may be experiencing. Confirm wether I can do the work or not then schedule an appointment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have extensive training in Windows hardware and software. I have an MCSE (Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert) in Microsoft Windows Server 2003.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I love working with computers as they change so quickly.
