Working with Gianna has expanded my knowledge of design, and art just by being in the presence of her work. The work that she has put into designing the brand of Cirqusoria is evident as it oozes a unique, and classy vibration that every single client that recieves our business card always has something wonderful to say about. The beauty of her work is remarkable; and the rate of her expansion is undeniable.

Gianna James Design provided an extraordinary suite of logos and a splashpage for a commercial application which stands out and makes a powerful statement about our product. The design is unique and fresh and projects the progressive nature of the software application it was developed for. GJD listened and delivered!

Graphic Design

FAQs

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

In addition to earning my Graphic Design BFA from arguably the country's best art school/graphic design department (School of Visual Arts in NYC), I'm constantly learning through practice in addition to taking online courses from the most eminent websites/businesses. For example, I’ve received several certifications from Lynda.com for topics like Time Management, Branding, & an intro to Adobe Muse!

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Disconnect from the slandering idea of a $5 logo service! Also make sure you figure out, preferably via tons of brainstorming & notes, exactly what it is that you want. What do you want to communicate, to whom do you wish to communicate this message, and how is your message different from the millions of incoming and outgoing thoughts we process daily? What is most authentically important to you, and how will you use your passion to light the fire that will emblazon this message across the skies? Try to think about some of these things before you meet with your designer and they will be enthralled.
