Malcom has over 30 years of plumbing experience and his wealth of knowledge on plumbing issues speaks volumes. He was very responsive to messages and showed up on time for the toilet install. He finished the install of the toilet in about and hour and gave great suggestions for future installs. I will absolutely utilize the services of M. Brotman Plumbing again.
